All students, parents or guardians, if the student is a dependent minor are guaranteed the right to view their file upon request,
under the supervision of a school official who will provide interpretation of the file to the student. Students over 18 years of age
must give written permission for parents or other intrested parties to view their files.
Student files are kept confidential and are available only to those parties identified in the Family Educational Rights and privacy Act of 1974.
The school will protect each student's "Right to Privacy". Any information that is requested by any outside agency or private party will not be released unless written permission is granted by the student,
on the school's "Release of Information Authorization Form". Student files are maintained for a minimum of five years after graduation or termination.
Note: The institution, NACCAS or in response to a directive of the commission, PHEAA auditors, auditors for Title 4 Financial Aid will be permitted and provided access to
student and other school records as required for the accreditation and audit processes.
